Yeah Paul haha, I was tellin the lads ya might pop along alright! Niall was sayin that ya had popped in for the cd! That first track is somethin we actually put together from about a hundred sound samples we found off this killer website! Just imported em all into our mixing program and fucked around with them! Basically it's to showcase the name 'Man Down'!
It was a good night after Nailer... Plenty loud and lots of sweaty red faces... so fun gig.

Yeah we got a good crowd along to it... Suppose there were 35 or 40 there anyway so there was a cool atmosphere there. No worries man, and if ya think it's shite, say so.. we're on a 'write songs, improve songs, drop it if it's shit' kinda campaign this last while so any constructive crticism is welcome!
How did the thing in the Arts Center go after? The bassists girlfriend had tickets for that too I think.
Heard that Tortured Artits Socail Club were decent in Shooters last night too.

Arts Centre ... Oh well i was stopped at the door by a Nazi who ask me was i a jew or not and after awhile i had a fake rifle pionted at me and was told to go up the stairs where another Nazi was screaming women to the front men to the back ... All this stuff was a bit much ya know i came to see a play and not a bunch of people running around acting like eejits and having to walk over a "jew" to get into the gallery was a bit much as well and quite a few people didn't like this "outhere" approach either, still it was strange to see the Arts centre over attended {around 130 ish}
Shooters didn't get down there got stuck in El thommo's with someone and if im honest i don't really like shooters me and the bouncers don't get on after a few things but I'll pick up the TASC single sometime i believe they have a spot in Wexford Song Club soon

Jaysis, sounds fairly contraversioal alright! Had to read that twice cos I though ya were just takin the piss! Weird... All the same nothing will get people to a show like stuff like that. If you went on air on South East Radio about that, they could book and fill five more dates in there no problem! Funny how contraversial stuff makes people flock like that. And god yeah, the most I've ever seen in the Art Center was about 40! But I've only ever bin to two gigs in there... Yeah may see can I get a copy aswell. A mate of mine has jammed with them actually, I'll see if I can blag one off him, and I if I do I'll burn ya a copy or somethin

It was a good gig, finally saw chaka live in real life and there actually alot better than i thought they were, any recordings and stuff ive heard on the internet by them has been horrible but they were decent like. and that singer id ride him boy

I didnt really like Chaka to be honest I thought they were competent enough for the first song and after that it went some downhill.Their tone was fairly a disaster and they got less tight as the night went on.But to be fair to them I've seen them playing worse than that so!
